Linking service between recruiters and job seekers, centered around the "softs skills"

Hired in winter 2016 to replace the previous CTO, i had to manage 3 developpers: 1 intern, for the web application and 2 externs, for the mobile application.

At the beginning, the project was made up of an mobile application, very alike to a Tinder for jobs; and a web dashboard for the recruiters.

Alas, the metrics weren't very good. So it was decided to make a Zoom-in pivot, and to focus on particular feature: the video.

The video resume Mitch concept was born: 3 questions, 3 shorts answers of 15 seconds in video.

With a smaller team (myself, as a developper, a graphist, a commercial and the founder of Mitch), we had to create an MVP in 1 month in order to convince our backers.

Thanks to an responsive web application using Vue.js, hosted by AWS, we managed to hold for one more year.

Despite very interesting partnerships with Pole Emploi, Randstad, Celio and SNCF, the journey had to end, on july 2019; the concept was bought by one of our clients, but i decided to take a year off, in order to travel.

Linking website between parents and baby-sitters.

I was hired just after the end of my studies, as a developper full-stack. When i arrived, it was a small start-up (~20 employees), so i was very lucky to learn a lot.

The tech stack was composed by a front-end in Vue.js, a back-end in Symfony and an ElasticSearch service; everything hosted on Amazon AWS.

Moreover, i had the opportunity to grow in an Agile work environment; and to learn the SCRUM methodology.

Vacation Soignants

Web app linking health care workers and hospitals

I worked on this project during my internship at 2i Inter Investissements. This website goal is to link health care workers with companies in need of working force.

At the beginning, this application was built with Symfony. We redesign the application with Node.js to improve user experience. We used the framework Express, to create an appropriate design.

Showcase website for health care institutions

I worked on this project during my internship at 2i Inter Investissements. The retirement homes Repotel and privates hospitals Clinalliance were in need of a showcase website in order to communicate with theirs clients.

These websites were built thanks to Symfony. Indeed, our client needed to manages articles and documents in the back-office. Moreover, we had to create a visual identity for this institutions.

Attendance system with photography and facial recognition

I worked on this project during my internship at 2i Inter Investissements. M David Bouniol wanted to create an unique attendance system. The principle is simple : the user takes a picture of his face, our application check his identity and add a score in our database.

This application's target was the device iPad, with iOS. We used the Apple's new language Swift to create a robust and efficient application.

I worked on this project as a freelance with Raphael Piccolo and Martin Schnitzler. Our client wanted to built a health care quizzes mobile application. We had to implement a social aspect in this app with Facebook and Google APIs.

2i Inter Investissements's web intranet

I worked on this project during my internship at 2i Inter Investissements. Instead of using preexisting solutions, this company chose to make their own intranet to manage theirs clients, theirs employees, theirs contracts ...

The PHP framework Symfony was chosen because it is a robust and efficient framework. Indeed, this application must handle several thousands of daily users. Moreover, we had to design a mobile application for Android/iOS used by this company's employees to manage their personnal planning and holidays.
